Executive Director, Hope Healthcare Services (Avon, In) - Do you get excited about sharing the love of Christ in a very tangible way? The executive director leads the administrative, outreach, and fundraising efforts of the clinic that is staffed by medical and dental professionals and volunteers. Since 2005, Hope Healthcare Services (formerly Kingsway Community Care Center) has been a non-profit charitable clinic offering low-cost, quality healthcare services to our neighbors without health insurance, nor government program eligibility. This opportunity is created by the pending September retirement of a successful, long-serving executive director. Annual budget of $500k with staff of 10, including two full-time, plus dozens of volunteers.

Hope Healthcare Services is seeking an experienced and collaborative leader, grounded in their Christian faith, with a heart for lifting up and serving others. The ED will provide leadership to a dedicated and passionate staff; develop and expand relationships with community partners and key stakeholders; lead grant writing and fundraising initiatives; and provide sound fiscal oversight. Experience leading in a ministry or nonprofit setting is helpful but not a requirement. Healthcare or dental services familiarity is helpful but not required.
