The program is designed to provide hands-on, experiential learning alongside formal education in the training of young/new pastors. A preselected rotation to the major ministry areas of the church over no less than one year is followed by a period of no less than three years of choosing one area of ministry and focusing on it. General pastoral experience will be incorporated throughout including but not limited to baptism, funeral, communion, wedding, counseling, and finances. Salary and parsonage negotiable.
